Refund Policy

At Aviare Hat Boxes, all sales are considered final. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain quality standards, we do not offer refunds or returns except in very limited circumstances outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Final

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a specialty storage product and accept this policy in full.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for, but are not limited to, the following circumstances:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect item selection

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Carrier delays or delivery issues once the order has shipped

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Failure to follow care or usage instructions

  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and original packaging

If approved, Aviare Hat Boxes may, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide a replacement item, or

  • Issue store credit

Refunds to the original form of payment are not guaranteed and will be issued only if a replacement is unavailable.

Lost Shipments

If a package is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, we will assist with filing a carrier investigation. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will be issued only if the carrier confirms the package as lost.

Packages marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Aviare Hat Boxes may result in the permanent loss of return or replacement eligibility. Fraudulent claims or abuse of the dispute process may be reported and documented.

Store Credit (If Applicable)

Any store credit issued:

  • Has no cash value

  • Is non-transferable

  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated

  • Expires at Aviare Hat Boxes’ discretion

Policy Modifications

Aviare Hat Boxes reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
